Ping Golf Apparel 2019

- A Crisp, Clean Look

By David Theoret

PING's apparel offerings for the 2019 spring golf season offer a whole new level of fit and flair. To some, the colors may be basic, but what they have done with heather and simple stripe designs is as spectacular as it is eye catching.

PING's golf polos are stylish, comfortable and a staple piece of their golf apparel line. The Harrison Solid Golf Polo comes in sizes S - 3XL and in four heathered colors. The moisture wicking fabric is features UPF 50+ sun protection and a crease resistant finish. The self-collar and 3-button placket gives this polo a classic golf look and the shaped yoke seams with contrast piping add extra durability and a stylish flair. The PING logo on the right shoulder lets others know your favorite brand.

The Eugene Heathered Stripe Polo is sewn from PING's SensorCool fabric, a cotton/poly yarn that offers a luxurious cotton feel while also delivering superior moisture management, quick-dry comfort and a stretch benefit that ensures full range of motion. As you can imagine, the Eugene Polo is soft to the touch and the crease-resistant finish keeps you looking sharp. It features a self-collar and classic 3-button placket. The Eugene Polo is available in sizes S - 3XL and in 5 colors. You may buy the Eugene Heathered Stripe Golf Polo because of its stylish good looks, but you'll wear it because it's so comfortable.

As color-blocked polos go, PING's Sonoran Polo is at the top of the list. This concealed button-down polo features a self-collar and has a fresh, clean look and the crease resistant finish helps keep it that way. The moisture wicking SensorCool fabric is quick drying and has a fair amount of stretch that will move with you through your golf swing. The Sonoran Polo is available in sizes S - 3L and in several color combinations.

SensorCool isn't limited to PING's lineup of polo shirts. The Bradley Shorts also feature the company's Tekfit stretch waistband, which can add up to 2" for extra comfort. These shorts are lightweight and have a slim leg and gripper tape on the inner waistband keep shirts tucked in and everything in order. The two front pockets are deep enough to keep valuables safe and secure and the back pockets are large enough for the biggest of scorecards and also feature button-down security. The Bradley Shorts are available in sizes 30 - 44 and in 4 basic colors: Black, Navy, Stone and Dark Mineral.

The Hendrick Heathered Golf Shorts also feature Tekfit technology, for a more comfortable fit, and are sewn from a lightweight, mechanical stretch fabric. About: David Theoret

David Theoret David Theoret has been in the golf and golf travel industry for over 10 years, primarily selling online advertising. For the past seven years, he has also been a golf writer, reviewing golf courses, resorts, destinations, equipment, golf apparel, and training aids - the latter of which never seems to help. David's articles and reviews have been posted on many golf travel and equipment websites.

Growing up in Southwestern Ontario, Canada, it was naturally assumed he would play hockey. Beginning at the age of 3 and continuing into his late 30's, he did just that. However, after one too many pucks to the head, he realized that golf was a lot easier on the body (whoever said hockey players were slow) and took the game up.

After moving to Florida and accepting a position with TravelGolf Media (now part of GolfNow) his love for the game grew exponentially. Most Saturdays you will find him on a course somewhere in Florida or on the practice range reinforcing his bad habits. David plays to a 10 handicap - unless there is money involved in which case it goes considerably higher. He currently resides in Lakeland, FL with his wife Belinda and their two "kids", Madyson and Molly.
